michelle - as good as barebones is as anticipating the needs of the majority of their customers, you have to admit that this is a bit of an unusual situation. it is far more likely that filenames will end with .php or .html, etc.
either way, this is (IMHO) more of a feature request than a bug report... yes, it doesn't work as expected (for you). yes, it would be cool if the results window sorted your files the way you want it to. in my experience the guys are responsive, and will tell you right up front whether your request is going to happen or whether there are reasons why it probably won't. it sounds like this is something you deal with all the time... is it? what is kicking out text files with that particular naming convention? i usually append a number to the filename and then add a .txt file extension... but i supposed 'filename_10.txt' and 'filename_1.txt' might exhibit the same sort wonkiness you're reporting. email support... and pls share their response. good luck, bruce On Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 10:22:50 AM UTC-7, Kerri Hicks wrote: > > Have you tried sending an email to [email protected] <javascript:>?
