BBEdit: v10.5.13 (3396)
Mac Book Pro: 10.9.4

The ⌘D command seems to be assigned to multiple actions in BBEdit:
1. go to desktop when modal window is open
2. don't save document when closing window (see image)

3. BBEedit assigned: open file by name

I thought I could fix this by deselecting Preferences > Menus/Shortcuts >
File > Open File by Name

Deselecting this does stop ⌘D from opening the "Open File by Name" window.
However, I am still unable to use ⌘D to "Don't Save" the document

Is there some other action I must take? Am I missing something?

Any help is appreciated.
