You can use ctags to generate a tags file from which BBEdit will suggest
completions. You can add the following lines to your ~/.ctags file so that
it will recognize the .bib entries.
--langdef=bib
--langmap=bib:.bib
--regex-bib=/^@[A-Za-z]+\{([^,]*)/\1/b,bib/
