With the latest Bbedit (11.6.2) on Sierra, I find that track pad scrolling down/up appears to be not as smooth as it used to be. It appears scrolling cuts out when my finger speed is too slow (?). I have to lift up and down to start scrolling again. Quite annoying. Anybody else notices this?
