I've been using the Dropbox method for prefs on my workstation
for some time. On another laptop on the LAN, with the same

- Quit the program
- Toss the ~/Library/Application Support/BBEdit ƒ
- Open BBEdit

That should do the job, provided only that your Dropbox folder
is in the default location (i.e. '/Users/USERNAME/Dropbox/') on
both machines and that BBEdit's app support folder is contained
within same:
/Users/USERNAME/Dropbox/Application Support/BBEdit/
