I didn't see anywhere in the BBEdit manual or discussion group that it's possible to increase the width of the gutter.
I can't be the only person working on files with 10s of thousands of lines of text. I'm working on producing eBooks and a 25,000 line book isn't unusual. When there are 10,000 lines I know I can click on a collapsed line and the status bar will show me that line the cursor is on, otherwise I just get the first and last digits of the line number. Is there some "under the covers" preference I can change to set a new size? = Barry -- This is the BBEdit Talk public discussion group.
