I'll log a suggestion, and as to scripting, please see Chapter
13 of the manual (Help -> User Manual) or since search & replace
is scriptable, you can just record a replace operation via the
AppleScript Editor to use as a basis.
(NB: Also, this group is an excellent place to ask questions
about task-related matters, such as writing scripts. :-)
