Marked 2 <http://marked2app.com/> can do this – to some extent, at least – 
if you register it as a helper app in BBEdit (Preferences > Preview 
Helpers).

I struggle with LaTeX, but the sample Markdown + LaTeX file referenced here 
<http://kesdev.com/you-got-latex-in-my-markdown/> renders fairly well in 
Marked 2. Not everything works, but it might be OK for your needs.

As the above link explains, pandoc <http://pandoc.org/> is probably the 
ultimate solution. I don't know how to connect the necessary shell script 
to BBEdit's Preview menu, but I guess an AppleScript saved as an app would 
do the trick. Compared to setting up pandoc, that's the easy part, and 
BBEdit experts here would help pif you came back with a more specific query.
