I don't have a shortcut for Replace & Find, though I can reproduce your
problem by setting it to ⌃⌥⌘=.

If I rebind to ⌃⌥⌘R, Replace & Find works as expected. So, it seems
that ⌃⌥⌘= and ⌥⌘= aren't disambiguated (the leading control key doesn't
have an effect). Probably worth filing a ticket with support@?
