Or actually, the reverse: Kilobytes as 1024 bytes rather than 1000.

The difference is that the Finder number in MB is 1.048576 (1.024*1.024) higher, so I'm assuming that BBEdit is calculating kilobytes as 1000 bytes rather than 1024. Is there a preference to change this behavior?
