You can select any text and choose File > Open Selection (Command-D) to interpret it as a relative file path and attempt to open it. I don't think it's language dependent. If you have a Project or Site defined it will use the settings to help find the file. If it can't interpret the path it displays a dialog so you can find the file manually.
