i  understand it now, 
TEXT *Editor*  and IDES are very different. 
for learning and developing stuffs , IDE apps are the right tool for it.
for editing  projects or files, Text editors  are the fast one.

Brackets, VSC, Sublime, code 2 Notepad++ etc. have a great 
 autocompletions,  BBEdit is limited for the  great html markups and find / 
replace functions and moor, 

for my WEB develop(html, css, javascript ) learning Cours i will use Netbeans 
 8 IDE .
