Ok, this app is powerful. I’ve been reading the manual and playing around with your suggestions here. Though it’s not mentioned in manual, I’ve noticed that you can even search epub files.
To strip html from the results of those, is the easiest way to go: menu - markup - utilities - translate html to text? In multi-file search can I add a filter to restrict search to a file type? I’ve made a filter: name extension - is - pdf (I’ve also tried .pdf) When I search with that filter on I get 0 occurrences in search with a folder full of pdf, with it off I get results.
