If there's nothing at the path(s) cited in the "Legacy Software"
list, and a Spotlight search doesn't turn up any stray copies of
the TextWrangler app (e.g. on a connected drive), then the OS is
just deluded :-) and hasn't properly refreshed that list.
(PS: For reference, the "Legacy Software" list on my own
Catalina machine is quite inaccurate.)

iMac is indicating under "Legacy Software" that Text Wrangler
is still on my system. What gives? Anyway to find and
remove that instance?
