If there's nothing at the path(s) cited in the "Legacy Software" list, and a Spotlight search doesn't turn up any stray copies of the TextWrangler app (e.g. on a connected drive), then the OS is just deluded :-) and hasn't properly refreshed that list.

(PS: For reference, the "Legacy Software" list on my own Catalina machine is quite inaccurate.)

Anyway to find and remove that instance?
