If only the content of the href attribute varies, this search should do the
trick:

<a style="text-decoration:none" href=".+?">\.</a>

if you have no other <a> tags with just a colon in it, you could probably
boil it down to
<a.+?>\.</a>

Replacement text would be a space (of course).
