The Preview Helpers preference panel lists all web browsers on your 
machine which are available to preview HTML documents.
You can either delete the old version of the helper from the list and 
manually add back the app which should show the version installed. “Restore 
Defaults” button will likely refresh the list for you. Chapter 10 of the 
BBEdit manual should have a great description of the Preview Helpers. 
Imagine the auto updating of the list depends on the OS version and the 
BBEdit version you're using.
