If you go to BBEdit's Languages Preferences settings, you can add a
"Language-specific setting" for your language that enables a lot of this.
In the language-specific settings, go to the server tab and check "Request
verbose tracing".

A transcript of the communication between BBEdit and the server would be

That setting gives you that and a little more. The files will be saved in
BBEdit's Logs folder (you can open that by using the "Folders > Logs"
command in the BBEdit menu) with a name like
"LanguageServerProtocol-Ruby.txt".
