Hi David,
1. Create a new empty document.
2. Then choose Menu Edit > Insert > File Contents ...
3. In the presented dialog click the bottom right "Options" button and
check which options you want.
[ ] Include separators
[√] Ensure line break after each inserted file (Highly recommended)
4. Select the files you want to insert.
5. Click insert and you are done.
You can repeat the operation if needed.
