Hey Roger, You bet. Okay, try this: Find: ^(\d+\h+OCCU\h+)(?:.+)(?s)(.+?)^\d+\h+NOTE\h+(?-s)(.+)\n Replace: \1\3\2 * This pattern is a bit different than the original.
