Is this the start of the line?
Are these always _GCID numbers?
Is the hyphenated alphanumeric string always 36 characters?
Something like this:
Find:
(?-i)^.*[0-9A-Z]{8}-[0-9A-Z]{4}-[0-9A-Z]{4}-[0-9A-Z]{4}-[0-9A-Z]{12}.*\n?
Replace:
Nothing
