Hi Luca,

For renaming folder contents with regular expressions I would recommend the 
command line utility rename <http://plasmasturm.org/code/rename/>.

You can install it from Homebrew <https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/rename>. 
In the terminal:

    % brew install rename
    
And for help:

    % man rename
