You can load a PHP file by opening the file with the file:// protocol

You need to put the file into the WebServer root of the computer in 
Library/WebServer/ and then open it by

http://localhost/chu/e/olmc_e.php

or something like that - it has to be opened using http to get the PHP code 
processed.
