[Sorry, this is not exactly a BBEdit question]
When I renamed my PHP include file, the webpages which had this include file did not update. Should they not update? When I touch the file (minor pause in the file) and then upload it again, then the renamed include file is showing. So my question is can I in the terminal touch a couple of files where I want the include file to be updated? What would be the command line for that?
