Maybe the difference is that I have a mixture of open document and project
windows. I can resize them to my preferred width, Save Default
(Text|Project) Window for each, then Cascade Windows will shrink them all
again to the same size. In fact, if I open a couple of new text windows,
they opens at my saved size (and cascade as expected), then get resized
when I run Cascade Windows.
