Try to look on www.sunfreeware.com (or is it .org?)
You might also need to relax /dev/mem and /dev/kmem permissions a bit.
Anyway, if it is not there I shall be able to build one for you. It's a
pitty, it's version-dependent. I can give you a 2.6 version right
now... :-)
