Topic: IPv6: technical update and deployment status
Description:
This is an update to a previous IPv6 presentation given to BBLISA by
Jack McCann in May of 1998. It will start out by reviewing the
technical aspects of IPv6, and then continue to describe recent
developments. The presentation will cover the new transition
mechanism and IPv6 deployment scenarios. Finally, it will show the
participants where the industry is currently heading by listing the
current deployment initiatives and their status.
