Here, here! There is power in a Union.

Actually, here at Harvard many techies have found themselves moved from 
exempt to non-exempt due to the university's attempts to get in compliance 
w/ the Federal Labor Dept.'s demands. They have become, by default, members 
of the Harvard Union of Clerical and Technical Workers (I think that is it).
