Fair use of copyright says you can forward whatever you need to in order
to refer to the copyrighted material.  What you mean is "non-disclosure",
which is not implied by copyright. In this case, complying with the
requested NDA is optional.

But I presume you are an ACM member, and that you gave them your email
address. In that case, they have a right to spam you.  You paid for that
with your membership fees.
