If you're running UNIX, no, don't worry about it. It's just annoying. As for what it is, I forget it's name, but it's either Code Red, or Nimda, or ... It's one of those IIS worms that was going around a while ago. Either the requests are people probing, or (more likely unfortunately) it's unsecured and cracked systems trying to propagate.
