Av8 will be offering IMAP/ssl within the next couple weeks.

This will be with RAID on the mailstore, automated tape backup of
mailstore, as well as relay services. You control spam filtering,
although we do block really genuine abusers. Those blocked system-wide are
really genuine attackers and non-commercial. There are no frivolous
system-wide blocks--A few spams doesn't qualify for a system-wide block,
even if they are spam. That is up to you.

You can host dns with us, too. Or not. Or have DNS with both us and
someone else.

I'm playing around with the idea of encrypting messages in the message
store with a users public key on delivery, so that only the user can
decrypt it. Messages on a public service more than 90 days old can be
obtained by authorities without a warrant, and I think the Patriot Act
might allow current messages to be obtained without a warrant. What kind
of interest is there in this? Do people think this is a good thing or a
bad thing?

Also, I'm looking for a few beta testers for our AFS file server and unix
shell services. I need some people to test file service with Windows and
Unix. You'll get free accounts while in beta, but you'll also have to
write up your test results.
