I think you will also need a PS2 to Sun converter. Sun and Mac keyboards have the mouse port on the keyboard, and other differences -- you can't just plug in a PC keyboard. Even the newer Suns that use USB keyboards seem to need converters.

The Belkin PS2/Sun converters we have here can handle keyboard, mouse, and video, but you can ignore the video. Insert the converter between the KVM switch and the Sun. I recall that the converters cost about $100 each.

Standard kvm will do. Microcenter, compUSA, wherever is your favorite

I might suggest getting one that has a button directly on it though,
because the weird sequences of hotkeys to switch displays I find to be
annoying.

Subject: [BBLISA] KVM for Sun Ultra 5

Any suggestions for a KVM for an Sun Ultra 5, sharing with a PC?

The Sun has a standard VGA video port, so it is probably
straight-forward.

I really only need a 2-port one and want to keep the budget low.

I might be buy a few of them.

Is there another email list I should post this to?

Thanks!
