[BBLISA] Followup: OpenSSH <->SSH2 solved

What a headbanger. Thank you all for all the suggestions.  I finally had 
the chance to get back to this today. Moving or renaming files didn't 
change anything.

The fixed turned out to be to make two mirror image sets of keys:

ssh2->openssh:  make key on SSH2 machine , copy to OpenSSH machine and convert
openssh->ssh2: make key on OpenSSH machine, convert, and copy to SSH2 machine
