Don't worry, you weren't the only one. I got a few messages like yours. While your instructions are on how to give a user 'sudo' access, it doesn't impart on this end user the gravity of the power this new tool gives them. A really good doc was pointed out to me: https://cs.stanford.edu/doc/Systems/PrivilegedAccessPolicy It really gives me everything I wanted to say to my users. While we'd all like to work with customers who already know what these commands give them, the realitiy is that not everyone can have a clue about everything. I wanted to get a document, worded better than what I'd be saying to them, to enlighten them.
