I can also give you colo in Boston (Schrafft Center), or in Cambridge on
Mt Auburn. Both on public transporation, and both have parking. Neither
is SAS 70, but are generator, ups, remote power, and remote console.
Av8 will be cheaper, if you don't require SAS70 type services, and you
can do 24x7 on-call, rather than 24x7 manned.
