We've had good experiences with Glance.net, although it has fewer collaboration features than WebEx. It's mainly a broadcast screen-sharing service, great for presentations and demos, but without the interactive audio, IM/chat, etc. FWIW, they're based in Arlington, MA. http://www.glance.net
