I think CX4 cables are copper, but not UTP. HP calls them "twinax". Anyway, quite specialized. CX4 connector (NOT rj45) and 15M max len.

That's right. CX4s are copper, and they look totally different from RJ45. They are roughly the size and shape of a VGA cable, but there's a flat tongue with contacts on it that runs down the middle of the connector where the middle row of pins would be on VGA. Here's a picture:
