Have you tested this and confirmed that it works well enough not to annoying your business people, or are you just reading their website? When I last used it, it was unstable and prone to strange problems. Granted, Zimbra's plugin has advanced since then, but so has outlook. And outlook is known to work pretty poorly with plugins.
