Yup, Cyclades terminal servers are very good.  We have them for other kind of 
servers.  For HP with iLO, we haven't done the Cyclades connection.  I think it 
would mean changing the setup so that the console goes to the actual serial 
port instead of through iLO.  But that should be OK.

    Cyclades at least used to make some serial concentrator boxes that
were lovely for this sort of thing.  Remote serial console with full
recording and a lot of additional flexibility from being a 1U linux
box with a pile of serial ports.
