It's not a viewer. If you want us to edit the file and correct it,
that's one thing but if you're providing a document for DISPLAY to be
read by people then provide it in a format designed for such.
Your inability to switch to/from endnotes is rectified (in most cases)
by the side bar in Adobe reader. It also isn't worth inconveniencing
people over.
