It's not ontap-lite.  It's "Ontap Storevault Edition."  It is normal ontap,
except that it's not supported.  You're supposed to do all your admin
through the gui, but if you're an adventurous admin, you can login to the
command prompt and do all normal ontap stuff.

During the transition from storevault as a separate company to becoming a
division of netapp, we were able to get "normal" ontap support, including
all the command line performance monitoring they could muster.

But you're right they don't have the same sales options.  There are product
licenses available for the "normal" netapp products, which are not sold for
storevault.
