My $work is the last place that considers enterprise support as a priority for things.. we usually just work things out ourselves. So, outside of that, we have pondered switching to AD from Samba just purely for how much smoother Windows integrates with it. Samba is a bit hackish at times. However, we haven't had enough reasons to actually make that jump.
