Oh.  That's not so bad.  :-)
You should still expect a resilver to last for a few days.  But it should
complete *some* time.  If it lasts more than a week, you might request
everyone to leave it idle for a weekend or something like that.

Also, you should *absolutely* script a periodic scrub.  Something like once
a week or once a month would be advisable.
