First things first. Many servers nowadays have this functionality built-in to 
their iLOM or DRAC (dell). In lots of cases, these features are a few extra 
bucks at the time of server purchase...

Due to the funamentally difficult nature of taking a DVI or VGA output and 
converting it into something remotely (and securely) accessible, and the very 
low quantity of such devices that would be sold, and the pressure on that tiny 
market resulting from having solutions built-in to iLOM ports... There are very 
few (if any) such products. Basically the industry has gone toward ILOM as the 
solution.
