Grilled "Fried" Chicken

What You Need
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.), skin removed
25 RITZ Crackers, crushed
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Make It
HEAT grill to medium-low heat.
MIX mayo and garlic. Brush chicken with mayo mixture; coat with combined crumbs 
and parsley. 
GRILL, covered, 15 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF). 
Kraft Kitchens Tips
Variation 
Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and RITZ Reduced Fat 
Crackers.
Substitute
Substitute chicken breast halves or legs for the thighs, adjusting cooking time 
as necessary until chicken is done.
