Some comments with regards to the BCEL website:
* there is no download link available from BCEL page to download area. A
person can always go through Jakarta main page, but I don't think all
the users will find that workaround.
* the mailing list (un)subscribe links are a bit overdone:
mailto:mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
mailto:mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
