access_flags is from Constants.java
 public final static short ACC_PUBLIC       = 0x0001;
 public final static short ACC_PRIVATE      = 0x0002;
 public final static short ACC_PROTECTED    = 0x0004;
 public final static short ACC_STATIC       = 0x0008;
 public final static short ACC_FINAL        = 0x0010;
 public final static short ACC_VOLATILE     = 0x0040;
 public final static short ACC_TRANSIENT    = 0x0080;
name_index and signature_index are the indexes into the Constant Pool 
for the name and signature of the new field.

thank for your answer, please could you tel me what is the difference 
between name_index
and signature_index and what can i do to give for a new field the values 
of name_index and
signature_index who are not in the constant pool
