Hello, I would like to isolate mu rhythms from the alpha band of EEG data that's been collected. A number of previous studies (Muthukumaraswamy, etc.) seem to have concluded mu frequency by inspection.
I am hoping to programmatically determine it. Is anyone aware of existing algorithms that are open source or freely available? (If it is Matlab-compatible that would be even better.)
