Try to discriminate between left and right hand movement.

Dear Prof Bernhard

Thank you for your valuable information professor

I have read about various BCI's control methods like evoked response, steady state visual evoked, slow cortical potential drifts, oscillatory sensorimotor ,hemispheric specialised mental activities etc

But as you said they involve complex signal processing algorithms.I am learning these algorithms but due to higher difficulty level at my stage it is taking time to understand the procedures involved in them.

So as you suggested  i should first start with simple ones learning these thought control methods in mean time.So i thought to control a BCI using physical activities and then mental ones.

Please suggest me how to go about it then??
Am i right in thinking to first do it with signals produced due to physical movements and then thought ones??

Which signal ( and where)should i use so that i may be able to detect and discriminate these( I am familiar with the signal processing fundamentals)

Awaiting reply
