The crashes may or may not have been caused by ndiswrapper; however, once that 
Windows driver taints 
the kernel, no one will look at the crash data, and rightly so.

As soon as you get a chance to build a clean system and boot it, please let me 
know the results. As 
soon as I know that the card works, I'll push the patch.

Once you get an entry in iwconfig, please run the following script and send me 
the output:

( dmesg | egrep 'bcm43xx: (Chip|Core|Detected)' ; lspci -vn | grep -i 14e4 -A1 )
