I too want to see the results of iwlist s.

I'm pretty sure that the device has associated with the AP. The only thing I 
can see wrong is that 
you have not yet assigned an IP address to eth1. Were you planning on using 
DHCP, or assigning it 
manually? I do not know which distribution you are using, so cannot recommend a 
procedure for 
setting up the wifi connection.
